CARAMEL COOKIE CUPS
Chewy caramel cookie cups loaded with gooey caramel and topped with a silky dark chocolate ganache.
INGREDIENTS
Cookie Cups:
- 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs room temperature
Caramel:
- 1 cup granulated sugar 200g
- 1/4 cup water
- 150 ml heavy whipping cream room temperature
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter 100g, room temperature
Ganache:
- 250 g good quality dark chocolate finely chopped
- 125 ml heavy whipping cream
